Shipping discrepancy (they claim that no item arrived)
Hello.
I have a shipment that, after arrival, Amazon claims that there are discrepancies in every items, showing that none of them arrived.
This is totally unacceptable, since that implies that a box that weights 15.00 LBS (confirmed from an Amazon partner carrier) was empty.
I already created a claim, and the first reply was that the investigation is finished and discrepancy is still in place.
I replied to that, and I didn't have any other reply since then.
Did this happened to any of you? How did you solve the issue?
Thanks in advance.

Did you send them your purchase invoice (NOT A RECEIPT) for the products you sent in?

Hi @Seller_DnwyGyXpSGma0,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. Can you please provide me with the Case ID and Shipment ID?
Best,
Dominic

Amazon is. Because without such invoices you generally wont see reimbursements anymore

It happens before the big sale.

This was the straw that broke the camel's back for us.
Three boxes they say were empty even though I had the UPS receipt showing the weight.

Sadly Amazon employees feel entitled to help themselves to products. We recently had similar happen whole shipment gone, we sent them an invoice and they paid us after a couple requests
Keep reopening the case until you get to somene capable of thinking

I encountered exactly the same problem.
This is the first time in 8 years of work.
I think this is due to the fact that now the shipments are sent to secondary centers, and not to MDW2 Joliet

yep a few years ago Amazon claimed that 1200lb pallet came with 2 bottles of oil only.
They literally admitted receiving 1200lb pallets all packed with 1 sku. they initially claimed it was only 2 bottles.
Calling seller support constantly for several day helped to get someone on the phone who actually forced the warehouse to process the products properly.

Just FYI: claim was finally successful (after several attempts), and a full reimbursement was issued.
