I am writing to appeal the recent loss of the Buy Box / Featured Offer eligibility for my product. I understand that one of the potential reasons for this issue could be that lower prices were found outside the Amazon platform.
However, I would like to clarify the following:
1. I am the sole manufacturer and exclusive distributor of this private label product.
2. I have conducted a thorough investigation of all external (off-Amazon) sales channels, including any authorized third-party resellers, and confirmed that none of them are offering this product at a lower price than the current listing on Amazon.
3. My pricing has remained stable for a long time and is consistent with fair market value.
This issue has had a serious impact on my sales performance, as the loss of the Buy Box significantly reduces visibility and conversions. I would also like to emphasize that I have always strictly complied with Amazon's policies and guidelines. My product has healthy customer reviews, a low return rate, and stable, reasonable pricing — all of which reflect my commitment to maintaining a high-quality customer experience on the platform.
