AWD shipment: boxes for one SKU are 3 inches longer than in shipping plan
Hello - I have just sent a shipment to AWD (20 SKUs, 70 cubic meters, almost a 45HQ).
I learned that one of the SKUs (4 cubic meters) has a length that is 3 inches more than in the shipping plan. I cannot edit the shipping plan. I understand that this will be flagged when it reaches the AWD Warehouse.
Anyone have experience with this kind of problem? Please help. Thank you.
