Brand Name Changed again

Hello,

Someone changed our brand name Clever Home on ASIN B074T4KNFL to a different brand name for a second time. Also, other sellers have been able to sell under our brand even after it was corrected.

Please help me with this matter.

My escalation was accepted and the change has been initiated. It may take up to 7 days to reflect in all stores, but as of this morning, the brand name has been corrected on amazon.com.

Please let me know if you are not seeing this reflected.

For the other question regarding other sellers having an offer on the ASIN. Please review the We Cannot Enforce section of the Report Infringement form and or the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page under the "Types of notices not accepted on Amazon," and the "Exclusive Distribution" bullet point.

If you do believe there is a specific Intellectual Property violation, please use the report infringement form and the IP for Rights Owners help page linked above for how to properly report. If the other seller(s) is not sending the same product as is listed, you can use the "Report Abuse," link in your Account Health Dashboard, select the appropriate violation and provide the relevant detail.

Please let me know if you have any ither questions.
