Handling Time
Hi! I am looking for clarification on handling time. We have orders coming in, seller fulfilled, but can not figure out what is triggering the difference in turn around time. I have our handling time as 1 day, no shipping on Saturday or Sunday, and we only ship with USPS. We had the following orders:
12 Hours ago at 5:30P: Ship by date 3/15
12 Hours ago at 6:13P: Ship by date 3/14
12 Hours ago at 6:28P: Ship by date 3/15

Have you double-checked that automated handling time was enabled on your account or checked at the SKU level for the items in the order to see if they have handling time set there?

@Seller_f4a7xAPCCSMqD gave you a good suggestion to see if there are any SKU- / Account-Level handling time settings that might explain differences between the Ship-By dates you are seeing.
Were these for different ASINs?
