Hazmat product issue
I am trying to list my new branded nail top coat and base coat. Amazon classified my product as hazmat. While other sellers are selling the same product without being considered for hazmat product. I contacted to customer service creating case but same frustrating answer again and again. How can I not be in hazmat classification? What I need to do? These following ASIN are not classified as Hazmat: B07GXPZ768, B0BD4MMFVM. These are also nail top coat and base coat. Can anybody help me on this? My ASIN is B0D293XF31

All you have to do is upload the products MSDS sheet for Hazmat review. If it is not hazmat, they will reclassify it.

ASIN [B0D293XF31] went through Chemical Safety Compliance (CSC) review, but could not be classified because it lacks detailed GHS information (Globally Harmonized System for Classification and Labeling of Chemicals).
Please upload a valid individual Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and all-sided live images of the product’s label where hazard statements, pictograms, and the list of ingredients are clearly visible and readable.
Please make sure that the SDS meets the following requirements:
- The product’s title from the SDS matches with the one from the Detail Page.
- The SDS has minimum 16 sections and is the newest SDS available based on local GHS implementation requirements and complies with new Annex II of Reach.
- Section 2 “Hazard Identification” of the SDS contains one of the GHS legislations.
- If section 2 contains GHS pictograms, each pictogram should have a related Hazard Statement.
- SDS should have a valid creation/revision/issue date present.
Once you have corrected the problems listed above, please re-attach a valid document in your case.

Hi thank you for response. I had attached all those updated MSDS certificate which was issued on 10th of June, 2024. Still did not work, they classified it as hazard. Is there any way I can send my MSDS to you, and you can look at it, everything looks fine. Please can I email or send you MSDS, please review it.
